I enclose a copy of a journal I kept in relation to my work as a cleaner and as an employee of HMS _____ since June of last year. It reflects a situation which, I think you will find is significantly at variance with company policy as expressed in the HMS _____ staff handbook. It is also at variance with policy I have seen stated in a Royal Navy handbook. I am leaving my employment with HMS _____ very soon and this is partly because of the situation reflected in the journal - Gareth Rees 2008.
